Most puppies don't see their moms past eight weeks. :-( Sampson was lucky enough to see his when he was about a year old, but that was the last time.

Bert, you did fool me and I was kind of jealous. I wish I could meet my mom and dad but these things aren't always possible. You know what? Back when momma was trying to show Mango they ran into Mango's dad once while they were outside walking around before the show. Apparently it was hate at first site. We definitely see where you got your handsome good looks! :-) I actually got to see my biological Mom when my human Mom and Dad went to pick out Abby. (Apparently my biological Dad was around, too, but for some reason, I didn't see him...) Since Abby and I come from the same biological parents, and the people who have our biological Mom and Dad always like to see how the pups grow up, I got to go along. Of course I didn't see Abby as she was wee bitty thing (4-5 weeks old), but I smelled Mom from the yard, and was all happy dancing to see Mom. Mom may not have been as keen to see me, but that might have had to do with her having a young litter of pups to watch after. But no family photos - my human Mom was too busy snapping photos of the runt that was to become my sister. Still, it's Utah and we love our family get-togethers, don't we? :-)
BTW, are you out of the inversion or stuck in it? Mom was a wee bit clueless today when she turned on the news to get ready for work and they said it would be 45 in Park City and 20 in Salt Lake! She was MIGHTY happy to drive out of SLC this afternoon!
