I LIVE WITH THE DEVIL.
My Vickie tried to get a nice picture of him the other day. You know, of his sweeter side, of his gentle, kinder side.....Yeah RIGHT......Try as she could, this was all the love she could get out of him for the camera.
This week we got to take a lot of walks and found a bunch of new places that were only five minutes from our house. The only problem is that My Vickie and I go alone and sometimes, she gets a little, well, let me just say she has a HUGE imagination.
Little things spook her and often she can psych herself out thinking that the forest is coming to life.
She sees things that normal humans would never even notice.
All things come to life in My Vickies world.....Check out the spooky woodland gobblins that hide in the trees, just waiting for us to come by. Woodland gobblins, are capable of grabbing gullible humans and sucking them into the trees to use as a life source.
I don't know what I am going to do with the girl, yet I gotta give her points for continuing to take me out all the time.
Now you see, I personally would be more worried about all the homeless guys that live in the woods than a bunch of trees.
Oh Vickie.....
You really have to use your imagination.......
Except for this one. Even I got spooked by this forest spirit......I almost would rather face Allred the Devil Cat, than this thing late at night.......
Hope everyone has a nice weekend.
See ya soon
Bert

The Devil Cat should be mine as we have the same personality. Some people think I'm Satan's Relief Society President.
Sam believes you! Sam has been trying to spread the word about cats for years now!
Sam
Jack has only seen one cat who used to hide under our bushes until we had to cut them down because they got all frozed!
Oh yes that kitty does look like the Devil. I have one as well & she too can be a cow sometimes. I call her the 'Fat Black Thing' because she's black & she is fat. TEE HEE
OH your Vickie is exactly like hoomie Melissa! She too has wild imaginations when she brings us out for walks in the evening. She often hallucinates & thinks there's something in the bushes or alley ways & always feels like some bad guy is going to jump out from somewhere & attack her from behind. She's weird. OK OK, I'm no better myself. I too get a little jumpy at strange stuff especially at night too. HEE HEE
Oh yes, I believe you. I used to have a kitty brother so I know how evil they can be!

Those gnomes has gotta be real, but I bet you will protect Vickie huh?
Love those pictures of your neighborhood trees! Creepy!!
Cats are just B.A.D They convince the hoomans that they are sweet and cuddly but we dogs know better.
My Mom is like your Vivki - she sees things like the gnomes all the time too
Your forest creatures are spooky. Did you pee on them?
We think Alfred, should be called Awful Alfred - he is not very nice to you, is he? We don't have any cats living here. We love all our virtual kitty furiends, but Mom says she isn't so sure we would behave very well with a real one.
That is one spooky forest - maybe they should come and film some of the Harry Potter movies there.
Have a great weekend, Bert.
Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
We have a cat here too, and she seems to be a friend and not a foe, but then she could be part of a 'sleeper cell' and is just waiting for the right time to get even with all of us......
And your trees just confirm what I already know, and that's that the wood ninjas are real! :-)))
Those trees have spooky eyes.
Hi Bert, it is very much grrrreat to meet you. I love the scary forest stuff that you showed us.
Has Alfred been into a bit too much CATNIP???
Bert, I feel for you, dawg! At least you only have one of the wretched beings in your home - we have THREE! Thankfully they all live outdoors now. I'm with Vickie - those trees look creepy, Dawg!! Y'all stay safe!!
AROOOF!

I used to have a devil cat too. Fortunately, he mellowed out a lot as he got older.
Thanks for joining my Third Annual Doggone Dog Swap! It's going to be lots of fun.
Tanner and Oliver's kitty, Patches, is quite persnickity (is that really a word?), but they lover her anyway. Hope you find time to enter the Organix Dog Food Giveaway at http://www.allthingsdogblog.com/2011/05/organix-dog-food-giveaway-12-bags-of.html
I hear about several devil kitties on this blog. I live with 3 kitties but they are fine with us.
I think we could have a devil cat in training, in the form of Boomerang, a stray cat who recently moved into our garden. As soon as I go out to the garden, he runs and hides under the car only to rush out to smack my bum as I walk by (in a playful manner)!
Mummy has a wild imagination as well and those creepy tree trunks gave her goosebumps!
We hope you come visit us again!
Love, Whisky
How wonderful! Sweet pups and spunky kitties! Oh yes, this looks like a terrific place to be. Thank you so much for visiting my blog and I look forward to getting to know you better. :)
Hope you are having a lovely weekend!
