Adventure Dogs

Today was great.  I mean GREAT.  After all my doggy friends got here, My Vickie and I met with Murphy, Goose and their humans and went to the park.  WE hiked, we climbed hills, and we SWAM.  I know it looks cold, and well, it was, but oh how worth it......
My Vickie says, she cannot believe how many Christmas Cards I have gotten.  AND they just keep coming.  Thank you Thank you THANK YOU to all of my friends for sending me cards.   It is so much fun to go to the mail box every day and get cards from you all.

I LOVE CHRISTMAS
Play was a little wild today.  I wasn't very tired after my hike and swim so when we got back, I joined in and played with all my friends.  I know Zero looks like he is mad at Lexy, but they are really just having fun.

Doesnt' Zero have the whitest teeth ever?
As you can see Lexy can give back anything that is thrown her way.
During all this, James Dean was fast asleep.  My Vickie kept worrying that he would fall off the chair but I guess he is balanced pretty good, cause he didn't even teeter forward.  Butt weight, you know....
You may not believe this but this is my tug-of-war face.  I am not really mad or anything.
After all the walking and hiking and playing, the dog walker came and I went for yet again another GREAT walk.

Boy, now I am tired.   So off to dream land and hello to my dream girl.
Of course I can't go through the season without letting My Vickie get a few pictures of me in my Santa Hat and YES Mango, My nose is really big.  I hate to admit it but now that you have brought it to my attention, I can't see anything but my nose.

Finally if you are not bored out of your minds, here is a video of ME and Murphy and Goose on our walk with my favorite song "I'm An Adventure Dog"

Night all.  I am off to bed.
Bert

Man Bert you and Murphy sure know how to show a brother a good time! Thanks buddy.
I still think your nuts for diving head first in the freezeing water.
I'm ready for the next adventure, just give me a bark.
Blessings,
Goose

ZOWEE I had fun today. Bert is my bud but Goose is great fun too. I guess it was kind of a guy day (don't tell our "mom's" I said that). Thanks for the romp. It was the best!! (although I will never understand why any perfectly warm pooch (a howl out to you Bert) would want to submerge himself in ice water -- or any water for that matter!)

Hi Bert, my mom has asked me to tell you that with all of Your Vickie's amazing photos she has a hard time commenting on any of them because she wants to say something about all of them, they are so beautiful. However, I want to personally mention that the one today with you gracefully leaping out of the water with your fur clinging to your rippling muscles was a bit too much for me - Taylor has not stopped talking about you since she's seen it and, quite frankly, I'm getting a little sick of it. I know, I know, you can't help it and you didn't take the picture, but could you at least ask Your Vickie if she could make you look a little less gorgeous so I don't have to listen to Taylor go on and on?

Thanks and, guy to guy, you rock!

Love,

Ray-Ray

When I think that our dogs have had fun, I come by your blog and see that it pales in comparison to what you've been doing! It looks like great fun and your pictures, well suffice it to say, we're a bit jealous!! :-)

You surely are an adventure dog, Bert. Were you trying to leap up to grab something? Or just leaping for joy? I loved the adventure walk and swim.

We've never heard that song! How cool is that? Not half as cool as your adventures themselves... but really mighty cool!
We might get snow Monday night! I can't wait!
