Anna at The Other Side of Anna has been hosting a youtube Tuesday for some time now.
Last weekend, John took Trigger and hiked a 3,000 foot mountain just east of our place, to find some mountain goats.
The day was foggy and bitter cold, but his efforts payed off. Hope you enjoy our youtube Tuesday entry.

That is just too beautiful! If there was a little more snow, it could have been taken up here in the Great White North!

Hey Bert!
Wow, what a great video! Those guys are so beautiful and the territory is totally gorgeous. I'd love to see them in the furs... I don't think I'd even try to chase them. Just seeing would be enough of a treat. I bet they are so soft.

That is SO BEAUTIFUL, Bert!!! We don't have mountain goats here in Kansas. I'm not sure why. Could be the lack of mountains, I suppose.

Wow!!!!! Either he has a great telephoto or those goats are very tame. Gorgeous photos. I wish that I'd been there!
One time when we were camping on a remote pass above Breck, we woke up to find a herd of mountain goats surrounding our van. We managed to keep the dogs heads down so that they didn't seen the the herd, and I snapped photos. It was magical!
Thanks for the Youtube Tuesday. When I have videos, I'll have to save them for Tuesdays!
I'm so glad I stopped in. Those pictures are beautiful (although chilly!) Wow what wonderful white winter coats on those goats! Just beautiful!
What absolutely breathtaking scenes! This just amazes me and makes me want to take a trip back to Montana. We visited once and had the pleasure of seeing something very similar to this. It was a once in a lifetime experience for us :)
