The Loss of Friends

“The loss of a friend is like that of a limb; time may heal the anguish of the wound, but the loss cannot be repaired.”
Robert Southey

Our Hearts are full for Sandra and her little family.  Blog on over to Kiss A Bull  and leave her some encouraging words if you get a chance.

And if you can, and want to help out, click on the widget above.

The Purpose of this Fund

On December 16, 2011, Sandra Gonzalez suffered a devastating house fire in Houston. While she was thankfully able to escape unharmed with her mother, her son, and two of her dogs, she lost everything else - including 5 furry family members.

Blogville is a close community and immediately people started asking how they could help. Therefore, this page was created to let people to show their love and support for Sandra and her beloved pack members.

No donation is too small. It all adds up and will hopefully help Sandra begin to put her life back together.

I agree with everyone, blog friends are among the kindest and most generous. I cannot even begin to imagine the pain and the heartbreak that is being felt. I hope they are finding comfort in knowing they are not alone, and peace from the prayers that are being said.
